In 2004-05-06 we were granted the
Programa Maquila
by the
Secretariat of Economics.
The "Programa de Operación de Maquila" is an instrument by which we are allowed
to temporarily import the necessary goods to be used for transforming, manufacturing or
repairing merchandise that are devoted to exporting, without paying the general imports tax, the value
added tax or the compensating fees corresponding to your specific case..
This represents a great benefit for our international customers, for we can provide them a tax-free
service, which represents additional savings and a faster customhouse dispatching.
